⏳ Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Life Happens, Just Keep Us in the Loop! 💕
We totally get that things come up! Since your appointment time is reserved just for you, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else.
🚨 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel without notice (except in an emergency), a service fee or package deduction will apply.
- No-shows will require pre-payment for future bookings.

We know life gets busy, but timing is everything for a perfect tan! If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service time or reschedule to keep everything flowing.

Packages expire 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted
Refunds
All tanning sessions. teeth whitening sessions, packages, and retail items are non-refundable. Should there be an issue with your service, please contact us within 24-48 hours. In doing so, we will resolve the problem, free of charge. Retail items are non returnable nor are they refundable.
Payment
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, 985Trade, and Crescent City Trade as forms of payment. Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated.
