Cancellation & No Show Policy

We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate you as best as we can. Since we reserve an appointment time specifically for you, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. If you do not provide notice without a valid emergency, a charge equivalent to the scheduled service fee or a deduction from your package will apply. Additionally, if you fail to inform us of your absence, we will require pre-payment for any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Policy

Those who are more than five minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be asked to wait or to come back at another time. If you are unsure of your ability to arrive promptly please book accordingly or kindly notify us if you are running late.

Packages

Packages expire 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted

Refunds

All tanning sessions. teeth whitening sessions, packages, and retail items are non-refundable. Should there be an issue with your service, please contact us within 24-48 hours. In doing so, we will resolve the problem, free of charge. Retail items are non returnable nor are they refundable.

Payment

We accept cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, 985Trade, and Crescent City Trade as forms of payment. Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated.
