We understand that things in life come up or emergencies happen and we are more than happy to accommodate the best we can. We do ask that should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason that you notify us with ample time to fill your appointment spot.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so a minimum of 12 hours prior to your booked appt time. Failure to do so without an emergency will result in a charge of 50% of the schedule service.
Those who are more than 5 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be asked to wait or to come back at another time. If you are unsure of your ability to arrive in a timely manner please book accordingly or kindly notify us if you are running late.
No Show Policy:
Again, we understand life is busy however those who fail to show completely without notice (also known as a no-show) cost us both time and money. Once someone is a no-show it will be noted on their account and they will be charged in full for the service booked unless there is an emergency. We respect and value both your time and money please do the same for us as well as other clients.
Our Memberships are on a month to month basis and we do not require a contract. The membership begins the date that you sign up, you would have 30 days from that date to use your purchased tans. We do offer extended memberships of 3 months (paying monthly) in which you can receive a further discount. Please inquire for more details.
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal, and Crescent City trade as forms of payment.
